How funds will be issued:
- Each child should receive their own Summer EBT card in the mail.
Date funds expected:
- Those who are automatically enrolled should receive benefits in June.
- Those who apply will receive benefits throughout the summer.
Application deadline: August 15, 2025

- Please log into the Parent Portal or contact Alabama SUN Bucks Call Center at (800) 443-3536 to update your mailing address.

- SUN Meals To-Go: if you live in a rural community, check to see if summer meals can be picked up or delivered to your home at no cost

- SNAP Benefits: select your state to learn about the SNAP grocery benefit and apply if eligible
- Visit SummerFood.org or text FOOD or COMIDA to 304-304 to find a meal site near you
- Text your zip code to 1 (800) 548-6479, visit whyhunger.org/findfood, or call 1 (800) 548-6479 to get help in English or Spanish and connect with local food resources
